Can we generate video across all our dealers’ inventory?+
Yes. Send one request per VIN — pipe each dealer’s DMS, inventory feed, or export through the endpoint and every vehicle gets a video. New arrivals can be generated automatically as they hit the feed.
Will re-syncing a feed create duplicate videos?+
No. Use the VIN or stock number as the idempotency key and a re-sync returns the existing video instead of creating — or charging for — a new one.
Can each dealer have its own branding?+
Yes. Sub-tenant scoping isolates and brands video per rooftop, so you can run every dealer you serve through one integration, each with its own logo, name, and call-to-action.
What do I need to send per vehicle?+
Photos plus whatever vehicle data you have — year, make, model, trim, price, mileage, features. More detail means richer narration and on-screen highlights, but only photos and the vehicle vertical are required.
Where can the videos be used?+
Anywhere your dealers post — Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, the VDP, or paid ads. You get a standard MP4 plus a thumbnail.
